Delivery is free from 190€ purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email allowing you to track your package. Please check the number of packages received and make sure they are not damaged. You must immediately report any damage and/or missing product(s)/package(s) on the delivery documents.

Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated time, we advise you to:

- check the tracking of your order.
- check that the delivery address is correct.
- contact DHL if you missed your delivery.
